Autocomplete is not working correctly

After upgrading to XP Pro SP2 I noticed in IE when going to some websites
search fields, autocomplete won't work. I have autocomplete forms checked
(turned on). Still 3 out of 10 sites the autocomplete will not work. If I
type to search for digital cameras, later if I type digi then it's suppose
to suggest digital cameras. But it's not doing it at certain websites,
actually the list is blank when double
clicking in the search field. I even turned off the popup blocker function
and it still wouldn't work.

Two sites I can think of, MSN.com main home page search bar.
and...
ebay.com home page search bar.

Any clues as why this is happening?

I wouldn't expect AutoComplete for one page to AutoComplete
for another unrelated page. It depends on what name the web site
author gives the field.
