Autoarchive when other user's mailbox is open

My secretary has my mailbox open. If, in HER Outlook 2007, I look at the
autoarchive properties of MY Inbox, it says it is archiving to HER pst. This
seems absurd as my archive will be missing messages - is it really true and
if so, how do I prevent this?

change it to YOUR pst
(might need to bring in some consultants on this one)

It is not possible to change the PST. We have 100's of users with hundreds
of sub-folders.
