Auto Updates

how come my Automatic windows update doesnt work
anymore. If i right click my computer and go to
properties and click the tab for automatic updates it
says unavailible. It used to work. even with a BLANK
password. i know that i can go and update manually but i
liked the automatic one.
 
Try to access windows update form microsoft's website. Make
sure you do that using internet explorer not other browser.
