Auto-updates do not install

When updating win xp security updates from the ms auto-
update site to my win xp pro compputer.
The update WILL download, then stop.
The update WILL NOT install.

Hi Bruno,

If you're part of a network, group policy might prevent
you from installing. Please contact your network admin
for assistance. Otherwise, if your XP Pro is part of
volume license (within specific range), you'll be unable
to update or install any of the service packs in which
event, see MS Website.
