Auto suggest names

How do I clear the names Outlook 2003 suggests? (short of turning the option
off that is ;-)) Example problem: I changed the email address for a contact,
but when using the auto fill suggestion when typing the contact's name it
uses the old email address. This has been very frustrating

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions here:
