Auto-run for DVD/CD drives.

I've made the default DVD program for DVD files (.vob, .bup, etc) as WinDVD,
although when I load a DVD another program comes up and WinDVD isn't shown in
the Auto-play dialog box.

I've been looking everywhere on Microsoft.com for help but I can't find
anything and this is the first place I've found where I can talk to someone.

Is there somewhere where I can choose default programs for DVDs and CDs and
other things.

I hope I get a response.

Regards,
Derek

Configure WinDVD to be the default DVD player software. You can find this in
the options of the WinDVD player.

Hi,

When you click Auto Play, did you make sure you put a check in the box
to select an action to perform and make sure the DVD Movie is showing in
the top box.

Let me know if this works.

Good Luck,

Sue
