Auto play works but Camera Scanner wizard does not

I plug in my Digital Camera, turn it on and the box opens. If I choose
Camera Scanner wizard and click next the box disappears. Any other choice I
make works. I have tried the Auto Play repair fix but that did not help.
Can this be fixed? Thank you

I have the exact same issue. Tried removing Real Player and running a
registry cleaner and still no luck. Wizard starts, but vanishes after
choosing next.....please help!!!

I found this page, downloaded the registry file, installed it and it worked.

tried running the kelly korner edit.....without success.......but it sure
sounds like the same problem to me.

Did you download the file, change the file extension from text etc before
installing?

well.....i didn't change the download from text.......but I did a system
restore and it revived the camera wizard......might be an itunes issue or
adware was too aggressive.

Hi, You would have had to change the file extension in order for it to work
so that was your problem. You have to rename the file eliminating the word
txt and putting in .reg. Glad all is well now.
