auto plain text setting?

In Outlook 2002, is there a way to configure automatic plain text for just
one contact? One of my contacts uses Eudora and my email ALWAYS gets to him
in one jumbled paragraph...no line breaks. Evidently, Eudora cannot read the
HTML from Outlook. I know I can manually set his email to plain text when I
initiate an email to him, but I always forget to do that.

Outlook Express has a check box which says, "Send email using plain text
only" and I'm wondering if Outlook has something similar.

Yes. Open the contact's entry and double-click their email address. There
should appear a properties page with an "Internet format" drop-down at the
bottom. Choose "Send plain text only" in that drop-down.

Open his contact record and set the property of the email address there.
