Outlook Plain Text formatting

Hi,

I'm having a very irritating problem with the plain text formatting with
Outlook 2007. All plain text messages (both reading and composing) are using
some formatting style where in the first line of the message is right
shifted. A line break goes onto a new paragraph and there is double line
spacing. A shift+line break causes the new line to be hanging of a little
further from the first line. It looks ugly and I'm not able to send or read
plain text emails.

I did not have any such problems earlier with my old laptop running Outlook
2007. Only this new installation is causing issues. Any one knows a solution.

The message looks like
Sample Text start of message
Next line
Next line

But I want the message to look like
Sample Text start of message
Next line
Next line.

Any suggestions ?

BTW, I did find out that plain text could be using the "Plain Text" style
and I tried modified the style. But the modifications are not reflected for
new messages.

Thanks,
Vinodh
