Auto logon will not stick

WinXP Pro with all the latest updates.

I set WinXP to auto logon at boot with TweakUI and it doesn't stick.

Any recommendations for a fix are appreciated.

Start, run, type in: control userpasswords2, hit enter.

Uncheck: users must enter a user name and password to use this computer.

Xp will then ask you to enter the user and password you want to auto-logon
to.

Thanks, that appears to do it, at least for the two times I tried rebooting.

Wonder why TweakUI doesn't work on this machine. I've used it on several
systems and it works.

Oh well, dont argue with success.|
