Whenever windows start it automatically signs in as my account and skips the welcome screen, how can i get it to start in the welcome screen, so that the other users can login?

Control Panel|USERS|Change the way users log on

Hi

you have to go into the user accounts in the control panel, and tick "use
welcome screen at start" up in the "change way users log on and off" option.
