Auto-fill email on Windows Mail

In my usage of Windows Mail, I received an email from a particular email
address that I did NOT reply to. Normally, I'd understand if I replied to an
email and address was saved, but I didn't. Anyway, I enjoy using the
auto-fill when I'm forwarding Spam attachments to my ISP because it's a lot
quicker than typing out the address several times. (I have to send several
because they only allow ONE attachment of Spam per email.) The anti-spam
address starts with the same letter as the email that I'd received.
([email protected] and (e-mail address removed)) I've been trying to
figure out how to delete the '(e-mail address removed)' address for a while
now so that it won't show up in the auto-fill/contacts list. I've cleared
out all of my temporary files, cache, etc, but it's still there. I did a
search on my hard drive, but nothing came up. HOWEVER, when I compose an
email and press the letter 'M', both of those email addresses show up when I
only want AND need the (e-mail address removed)

I downloaded Windows Live Mail, and I would be using it, but I can't get
over the interface of the program. I just absolutely HATE having to scroll
through all the folders, feeds, etc on the screen in order to move just one
email to its proper folder. (Yes, I tried changing it around so that maybe I
wouldn't have to scroll up and down through the list, but to no avail.)
Besides, I enjoy the simplicity of the way Windows Mail displays the windows.
There the space for received emails, email viewer, and the list of folders.
That's it. I don't have to scroll to move folders.

First, make sure, you don't have automatic replies enabled. Click on Tools,
then Options, then Receipts. If you have a blue dot in the circle before
Always send a read receipt, click on the circle before one of the other
options
in this section, then Apply. Click on OK.

Second, the autofill function doesn't use the contacts list as the source of
its
guesses. Instead, it uses a separate list of the last 29 addresses you sent
messages to, including bad addresses. This list is very hard to edit; it's
easier just to send messages to the 29 addresses you want on the list.

If you'd rather use the contacts list, start a new message as usual, except
don't type any part of the address. Instead, click on To:.
