Auto Download of emails from POP3

Hello,

I use Outlook 2003. I have it setup to access my web-based email. When I
start Outlook, it connects to the web-based email server and downloads all
my email automatically. How can I set it so that it only downloads email if
I manually initiate it?

Place Outlook in off-line mode by File-> Work Offline
