auto disconnect from internet when recieving phone calls

My computer use to disconnect when someone would try to call me while I was
online, quite a while ago - I set it up so it wouldn't. Now I can't use call
wave on my computer because of phone company, I was wondering if anyone knew
how to set it up so that the internet would automatically disconnect from the
internet, when there is an incoming phone call?

Dialing Properties is a part Of the Modem Properties in control panel.
Uncheck the option to disable Call Waiting if you have that
