Auto Creation of PST Files

This has probably been asked already but is there a way to automatically
create PST files for users and direct them to a specified folder? We're
using Exchange 2K3 with Outlook 2K3. VB Script? GPO?

Any reply is greatly appreciated -

Why? You shouldn't be creating .pst files for Exchange users. They shouldn't need them.
