Auto correct word files

here's the issue: i got between 10-15 documents(.doc) i have to edit often.
They are the same just with some small modification.Is there any program to
link all changes to those modifications in the document by using tags or
links in some way?

There are several ways to do this:
1. Use the batch-replace as described by Graham Mayor at
http://www.gmayor.com/batch_replace.htm.
2. Set up your documents to have cross-references to an external document
that you can quickly edit the necessary text. Then when the other documents
are opened, the links are automatcially updated (this is a setting in (Tools,
Options)
3. I am sure there are more ways.
As your documents are already created, option 1 will probably do this for you.

One way is an AutoText field. When the AutoText entry is changed (redefined)
in the template, the fields in documents based on the template can be
updated.
