Is there a way to configure the outlook so that when the
user login into the Windows, the outlook will
automatically be set and the user can immediately use the
Microsoft Outlook to read their mails from exchange?
Currently, we need the user to login individual so that
we can configure for them. MAPI is fine for this case.

Thanx in advance.

You can create a prf-file for this. Instructions and documentation about
this can be found in the Office Resource Kit.

Tips of the month:
-Creating Signatures
-Create an Office XP CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 3

In addition to the other reply - implement roaming Windows profiles - that
way they also get their own printer, desktop, favorites, etc., when they log
into a nother computer.
