How do / Can I configure Outlook 2003 to automatically find a domain users'
mailbox on the appropriate Exchange 2003 Server (we have four)? Basically, I
want any user to be able to go to any computer on our domain, login, start
Outlook and access their mailbox.

When using the Custom Installation Wizard to configure Outlook settings,
I've tried to "Specify Exchange Settings" as follows:
Username: %username%
Exchange Server: owa (this is an alias for all four of our Exchange servers)
....but this doesn't work.

Any suggestions? Can this be done?

Dave

Thanks for your reply. I should have mentioned in my original post - I do
not want to enable roaming profiles. I simply want a user to be able to
access their mailbox (not all their data - My Documents, etc.) from any PC in
the domain.

Any other ideas?

Thx,
D.
