Outlook Not Seeing GAL??

Hi Everyone,

We have Exchange 2003 running and for some reason email that is sent from
domain users shows the FROM field as
<O=/Domain/OU=GROUP/CN=RECEPIENT/CN=USERNAME> in a users outlook mailbox. Is
there any way to have this come through as just the normal format of FROM
field = Username?

have you tried deleting the .OAB files on the workstation in question that
is demonstrating this problem?

if the outlook profile in question is in cached mode, do you see the same
issue when taking Outlook 2003/7 out of cached mode?
