auto completion

auto completion of name (To) when creating an email just
stopped working. I have checked the settings and they are
correct. Any idea why this change would take place?

It doesn't just stop working for no reason. There must have been some change
to your configuration. It will appear to stop working if you do anything
that will reset the autoname completion cache, like creating a new profile.
