Auto complete / suggested names in Outlook

Hi all,

My boss is having a little trouble with his address book, or lack of. He's
been using the autocomplete facility in Outlook rather than the address book.
Now his Outlook's been moved to a new e-mail address, his contacts have all
disappeared as the auto complete is now gone.

I understand that they are stored in an .NK2 file, but I cannot find this on
my, or any other computers (all using Outlook) even when searching for
hidden/files or folders.

Therefore, I basically need to find this file where the autocomplete
suggestions are stored, then do him a proper address book. Could anyone help
at all please? It would be massively appreciated!

Thanks

Leo

It's located here;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

If you want to convert it to a Contacts folder take a look at this
application;
http://www.ingressor.com/

Thanks for your help Robert - you've been a massive help!

I can't believe I missed that file, it's so obvious! I'll give
Ingressor a try now anyway.

Thanks
