Auto Archive - question regarding time

If an auto archive configuration is enabled, how does
Outlook decide what time on that day to execute the auto
archive. Does it just try archiving at midnight on the
day it is supposed to or immediately as soon as the
machine is active on that day ? I could not find a
setting for kicking off auto archive at a particular clock
time, is there one ?

Yes, it will kick in at midnight or the earliest moment in the day that the
machine is running.
