Auto Archive Question

Hi There!

Outlook 2003
==========
In my Personal folders I have around 10 sub folders. Between them they hold
around 6000 mail messages back to the year 2001. However I do not want to
lose them. Questions:

1) On each subfolder the Auto Archive feature is disabled. If I enable them
will I indeed lose many e-mails to the archive?

2) If they went to the Archive can I see them or retrieve them?

3) Are there any problems if I choose to disable the Auto Archive on all
folders?

Many thanks in advance.

Regards

Adrian

If you are comfortable to keep all your messages in one PST file (and
the PST file is 2003-format), then I don't see any need to archive your
messages.

Make sure to take a backup of your PST file from time to time.

An Archive is simply another pst file, It can be opened within OL.
So nothing will be lost
