Authorization Required

I sent a query through the newsgroups and got a reply via email. When I
clicked on the link to get the response to my query all I got was a blank
page. I have tried unsucessfully to find the answer in the newsgroups without
success.

Two problems, why did the page come up blank? and if the person who replied
to my question is out there just to let you know I took your advice and it
resolved the problem.

Sad to say but this reply is "orphaned!" Without hte details for your
