Last post was not posted to the community

On 28Mar I prepared a long reply to a post responding to my query, but after
pressing the Post button all I got was a blank page and the word Done next to
the explorer button on the left of the status bar. This is not usually what
happens, as you would know.

On checking to see whether my post had been posted, there is nothing in the
thread. What has happened? There is no Newsgroups support contact to whom
one could ask this question. This is the first time it has happened.

Well, that was very quick to get posted! I wonder what the original glitch
