how do i know for sure that my copy of XP is legal. I
bought it off of a website and they didnt send me a
sticker of authenticity but the disk looks authentic.
Does anybody know how i can check to make sure?

Did they give you any product key for installing?
1-800-RU-LEGIT is the Microsoft help line for this question. They can help
you to determine if you have a valid copy or not.
