Audio Problems with speakers when browsing internet

When i use my computer for general stuff on my hard drive the speakers work
fine, its when i load the internet up and start browsing my speakers tend to
crackle and make weird noises ? they still work but its when i go from one
web page to another they seem to get some sort of interferance and start to
crackle ?

Can anyone help me sort this problem out

Might be a silly question but how near to your modem are your speakers? If
close try moving one away from the other.
