Audio problem

Before uprading my PC from Windows 98 to Windows 2000
Professional I could liston to BBC News. After uprading I
could not and I get the following message:

Program Error
replay.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You will need to restart the program.

Your advice to resolve this prblem will be appreciated.

Ensure you have win2k drivers for yr hardware, use hardware manu.site, *not*
winupdate
Reinstall yr player app, after ensuring that it is a win2k version
