Audio file type assiciation screwed up. Help!

I installed DVD player software and it's screwed up the playing of one
audio filetype; it's .PLS, like this;

http://209.165.135.138:8000/listen.pls

I don't know what this format is called. Right now it brings up
Windows Media Player which then says it's an unrecognized filetype.

I have no idea which software it should be associated with.

Help.

How about using Google to find the answer:

Do you have Winamp or Quicktime installed on your computer? My
guess is that Winamp is the program that should open that type
of file.
