Attempt to Install with Right Click

I am running XP Home. When I open My Computer, and then
right click on either the DVD or CDRW Drive, Windows
Installer runs to install Easy CD Creator. I also have a
similar problem inside of Paint Shop Phot Album. When I
create a Web Gallery, it tries to install Microsoft Money.
Any help would be appreciated.

Curious. When was the last time you cleaned out your temp windows
folders?
 
I did a manual cleanup and then ran the Disk Cleanup
utility. The problem still happens.
