strange right click behavior

I friend is having this issue...with XP Pro.

She goes to "my Computer" and then right clicks on the C: drive expecting a
dialog box. What happens is easy cd creator begins an install process, she
cancels and it starts again, cancel, and then the dialog box appears.

What is happening?

hi,
Did your friend have Roxio cd creator software installed. If "Yes" uninstall
and reinstall it.
