I tried to send a document via email. The document was
created on Word 2000. When I attempted sending it I was
told by "Clippy" to log on to MS exchange. I tried again
and got the message, "Logon failed. You must log on to MS
exchange to access your address book." Error
code: "unspecified error" What am I doing wrong? How can
I send a Document via my ISP/

Attempting to send a Word document via email, such as the
send to context will usually attempt to use Word's companion
email client Outlook (not Express).
This can happen if your email client is not designated as the
"Default". Internally, XP associates all mail commands to the
default client. You don't mention in your post which email client
you use, without that information it's difficult to give you a simple
fix. But what you will need to do is ensure that whatever mail
client you run is designated as the system default.
