Logon failed. You must... can't send a email

When I click email I receive a message. I don't know why it say ms exchange,
cause I only have Outlook 2003.

Logon failes. You must log on to ms exchange to access your address book.
Error code: "unspecified error".

Check that Outlook is your default e-mail application in Windows Control
Panel > Internet Options > Programs
