I have a document in my documents section that I want to
email to a friend. The document was written on Word 2000.
When I try, the paper clip assistant tells me to "Log to
MS Exchange" I then get a message, "Logon failed. You
must log on to MS exchange to access your address book.
Error code: Unspecified error."
What am I doing wrong or what must I do to correct my
problem?

This is not really the place to ask this sort of question. Lot's of other
application specific newsgroups there are. God! I'm sounding like that
little green man in StarWars!

Start a new email you could. Drop down the "Insert" menu and click "File
Attachement," then browse through to the folder containing the *.doc file
you wish to send. Then follow your nose. It should go okay. Could
possibly less problematic that using all the "helpful" procedures in Windows
and Windows Apps.
