Attachments not coming through

When my Windows Mail receives emails, it strips all of the attachments from
the email. The outgoing email has the attachments; I checked to make sure
the attachments are on the server (comcast.net); but the attachments
(typically .doc files) are stipped when Windows Mail retrieves the emails
from the server.

Thoughts?

Check the 4th option is not selected at tools>options>security?

What anti-virus?
Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. Also exclude EML
files from the scan. It provides no
protection not provided by the regular resident protection.
Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
should be uninstalled.
