Attachments not being received by recipient

I have two users using XP, SP2, with Outlook 2002. One
of the users can send an email/attachment to a recipient
and he does NOT receive the attachment. The other user
can send the same attachment to the exact same email
recipient and he receives it with no problem. The
recipient uses a yahoo email account.

Any suggestions on what the problem might be on user #1?

Is user #1 sending the message in Rich Text format, or using Word as his
e-mail editor?
