Attachments Automatically Removed by OE

We recently upgraded to Internet Explorer 6.0 and updates. Since that time we haven't been able to open attachments in Outlook Express, version 6.0. The message above the address line is "OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail: (message subject). It does this on all of our attachments. Has anyone successfully met this problem, and, if so, how was it done

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow...
