.eml fil attachments removed by OE

Running Windows ME and just switched to ComCast Digital
and Outlook Express V6.0.
Now all e-mails received (with attachments) have this
message - "OE removed access to the following unsafe
attachments in your mail:"
Any ideas on how to fix this so I'll receive attachments?
