OE Removed Access For Attachments

When receiving a message with an attachment, a banner
appears under the from line stating "OE Removed Access To
the Following Unsafe Attachments" how do I remove this
message and open my attachments?

Tools|Options|Security

Change your settings with regards to attachments on that page.
