Outlook Express removed access to the following unsafe attach.

On some email I can not open the attachment. I receive the
following message: OE removed access to the following
unsafe attachments in your mail. I know there are
occasions when the attachments are NOT unsafe. How do I
correct.

From the OE Menu: Tools|Options|Security then uncheck the second
checkbox from the top.
