AT Commands wont save

Hi guys, does anyone know how to fix the above problem.Whenever I turn on or
reboot the computer the AT command has defaulted back to "ATS7=75" and this
slows down my downloading when online

Where are you making the Init setting (Extra Settings)?

in Control Panel.
On the Modems tab, click the modem you want to configure, and then click
Properties.
Modem tab, Diagnostics tab, advanced tab, see input box for extra settings.
