Asus drivers for 9200SE

I decided it was time for the old Xpert 2000 in my second system to get the
boot so I went to the Asus website and downloaded their Windows 98SE drivers
(posted February 10) for their 9200SE video card. Is there anything special
I should know about the installation proceedure? I noticed that there are
two setup files. One is called "issetup" and the other is just plain
"setup". I'm assuming that just the plain setup file is the correct one.
What's the deal with "issetup"? I wanted to ask because there is no readme
file or specific instructions on the Asus website. Thanks in advance!

Just download and install the Catalyst Drivers directly from ATI.

ISSETUP.exe is the installer update, nowadays softwaremakers don't
need to write their own installer but use pre-made installer packages.

ISSETUP is thus an setup installer/updater

just run the setup.exe :), you ofcourse can also just downloaded the
basic ati catalyst drivers ( normally the drivers on branches website
are not much up to date ) or even a modded driver ( if you game much )
like Omega drivers ( http://www.omegacorner.com )

I have an ASUS 9600XT, and the ASUS drivers do seem to run better than their
equivalent ATI ones. Pity, because they usually seem to be a version
behind. In addition, although it's supposed to be a VIVO card, none of the
MMC apps will run on it, and I'm not triffickly impressed with the stuff
that comes with the card - the TV app in particular is awful, poor picture
(for PAL in the UK, anyway) and it's very poorly implemented.
