I never realised how much detail a decent telescope could pick up, I thought the ones you can buy that you can carry around on a tripod were only useful for looking at the moon.

I didn't know it was possible to get pictures like this :

I thought only hubble and massive ground based ones could do that!

Words escape me, the second shot of the horseshoe nebula always gives me goosepimples ..would love to hook either my D50 or D70 with a telescope to shoot images like those...great find boss
