Associating a message with a folder ??

When we use the 'Search' bar in Outlook 2007 to find messages, and have the
feature to search all folders enabled, we have no way of knowing what folder
each message belongs to in the results listing. Is there anyway to find out
in which folder any given message is stored? Is there a way to display the
folder location in the listing?

Without the ability to know where the message is stored, it can be extremely
hard to identify the location of the message amidst hundreds of emails
located in dozens of folders. Thank you for any help with this issue.

Close the Reading Pane when you Search. You'll see an "In Folder" field in
the list view.

Thank you Bill, this suggestion was very helpful. In the event we want to
avoid closing the pane each time, is there some other way to view the
location, such as a message's properties?

Thanks

I don't think that will give you the folder but you can check.
You *might* be able to drag that "In Folder" field over so it shows with the
Reading Pane on. If it works it would requires some resizing of the panes.
