locating folders

I use search folders to find my messages. These then show the name of the
folder that the message is located in, which is useful.. but often I cannot
find the folder... is there a way to make Outlook show the full path to the
folder that has been created in the search folder view.

No. You might want to ask yourself why you cannot find the folder anymore.
It usually indicates that you have a too complex folder structure with too
many folders.

This a valid question. Many people have folder levels that you need to locate
the FULL path and it is not a question of complexity. This response does not
solve or address the question.

When you search and find an email, how do you know what folder the email you
found is located. When you have many folder levels, this is important. The
solution must give you the full folder location in order to locate the
current location of that email. Please let me know if you have a solution.

A third-party tool is your only choice. Outlook can't show folder paths.
