First I don't know how to make contact with MicroSoft so as to find out how
to block senders in my Windows Live Hotmail account. Have tried to find
such an option to no avail. Can someone point the way?

Second, I do not know how to find the correct newsgroup to use in order to
post questions about my Windows Live Hotmail. With all of the Newsgroups
avasilable, how do I know which is the correct one?

Lastly, again in my Windows Live Hotmail account, is there a way to copy the
address of an unwanted E-Mail sender so as to paste it in the Block area?
