Assign a rule to a message with a specific word in Subject box?

Outlook 2003 - How do I assign a rule to all messages I receive with a
specific word in the Subject box?

Blocking the specific senders, is not helpful to stop receiving junk mails.
 
Use the Rules Wizard to set up the rules to put mail with certain words in
the subject in the Junk Mail folder. Just pick "certain words in subject" in
the first section of the wizard.
