Rule - Specific Address OR Specific Words In Subject

I want to set-up a rule to move any e-mail with either a specific e-mail
address or specific words in the subject line to a specific folder and play a
notification sound. I can do this by setting-up two rules, but in the
previous version of Outlook I could do this with only one rule per folder,
which is what I want. Your thoughts are apreciated!

Those conditions would require two rules in any version of Outlook.
