Outlook 2007 - Rules with specific words in the subject

How can I get Outlook 2007 to allow me to create a rule using an 'and'
qualifier instead of 'or' for the specific words in the subject rule?

Example:

Meeting AND id

Instead of:

Meeting OR id

That would be great if you were looking for the phrase "meeting id' but if
you wanted to filter a subject that had both words, not just one and they
weren't together in a phrase such as "meeting id" you are out of luck I guess.

Lotus did it much better.

You can't. If you are looking for "meeting id" , use quotes around the
phrase.
