Blocking messages with no subject line

How can I block incoming messages with no subject line? I have looked under
rules and advanced options but can't seem to find one that specifically
blocks a blank subject line.

blocks a blank subject line.

Create a rule that deletes all messages but add an exception that looks for
a vowel in the subject (i.e., "a" or "e" or "i" or "o" or "u" or "y").
